Fabiana Guerra
Fabiana Guerra is a licensed professional to practice law and accounting in Brazil. Fabiana started her career as a tax consultant at PwC, in auditing and consulting processes for large industries and has held important tax management positions in large multinational companies such as Procter Gamble, C&A, LATAM Linhas Aéreas and Coca-Cola group. Prior to joining Drummond, Fabiana worked with US immigration at a law firm in Florida. In 2018 Fabiana joined Drummond’s US visa team, advising clients on the best way to immigrate to the US. Currently Fabiana is Director of Legal, responsible for Management & Performance and part of the Business Development team at Drummond.

Louanni Cesário
Louanni Cesario is a senior attorney in Business Immigration, licensed to practice law in Brazil and in the United States (New York State). Louanni has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo (2010) and a Master of Laws (LL.M), US and Transnational Law (2013) from the University of Miami School of Law. Louanni has over 10 years of experience in international legal consulting, with a special focus on immigration law, U.S. documents and visas, interview preparations, motions, legal research, and compliance.

Pedro Drummond
Pedro Drummond is one of the founding partners of Drummond Advisors. He is a lawyer licensed to practice in Brazil and the United States (State of New York). He is a specialist in international transactions involving Brazilian and American clients, including international mergers, international securities offerings and the legal aspects of setting up companies in Brazil and the United States. Pedro has a master’s degree in finance and banking from Boston University, where he received the A. John Serino award for best overall performance in his class of 2007.
