United Kingdom
The British government has recently released the high potential individual visa, which allows professionals with a bachelor’s or doctor’s degree by a traditional university to request documentation without the need of having an employment offer in the country.
Applicants must have been graduated in the last five years by one of the 50 eligible universities in, at east, two of the following qualifications: Times Higher Education World University Rankings, Quacquarelli Symonds World University Rankings and The Academic Ranking of World Universities. France
Frances has encouraged initiatives to foster the growth of startups in the country. In 2017, as a manner As a manner to facilitate the hiring of foreign professionals, the government launched the French Tech Visa. Professionals either graduated, or with five years of professional experience, proving they will invest 30,000 euros in an innovative business in the country are eligible to apply. Anyone with investments in assets reaching 300,000 euros, either fixed or not in France may also apply for a visa.
Portugal
Tech Visa exists in Portugal since 2018. This governmental initiative is intended to grant visa to works in the technology area. To apply for the visa, individuals must be employed in a company based in Portugal and have a superior or technical course with experience of at least five years in the area.
