Learn more about our newest practice area – immigration law Brazil

Posted by on

In response to the needs of our clients and envisioning new opportunities associated with immigration issues in Brazil, Drummond Advisors is proud to extend its immigration services to Brazil-bound immigrants.

The newly-formed practice area is aligned with the demands of both US clients operating in Brazil and Brazilian multinational companies welcoming executives from their foreign units.

The new services entail identifying the most suitable authorization for residence under Brazil’s immigration laws and following up on all proceedings required by the authorities.

Ana Gabriela Francelli, in charge of this new immigration area, underscores the personalized nature of the work: “The team will provide personalized services to the immigrant upon entering Brazil, which involves providing assistance in obtaining the documents needed to exercise professional activities, including in-person support before the competent authorities as well as support in applying for the necessary documents, such as, CRNM (National Migration Registration Card) and CPF (Tax Identification Number)”.

“Drummond has provided internationalization services for a decade now. The demand for personalized advice for foreign executives in Brazil arose naturally, and it is a pleasure to be able to count on Ana Gabriela to take the lead. These services fit perfectly the other tax and legal services we already provide to multinationals operating in Brazil”, says Pedro Drummond, partner with Drummond Advisors.
